Other than the front desk,( there's an employee who seems she doesn't want to be there), the staff is always friendly and pays attention to detail! Dr. Dean personally comes in to visit me! The only thing I would change is there to be more recognition from the front desk staff. I went in yesterday, signed in and waited not knowing if they knew I was there. Other than that, excellent work!!
This was my third appointment with Dr. Dean. He is the friendliest, most personable, most professional dentist I have ever visited. He is fast, but thorough, in his work and, most important of all, painless. His policy is, "Your're the boss and we'll do it however you want." However, I have found that his recommendations are spot-on and as a patient, one cannot go wrong following his advice. As far as I'm concerned, I'll never go to another dentist if I have a choice.
As always the level of care here is outstanding
