Professional, friendly & efficient staff!!!...Highly recommend Dr. John & Co.
Yesterday I had a tooth extraction, and I was very pleased. It was the first time that I have had a tooth extraction without pain or swelling afterwards. Dr. Dean is always friendly and makes you feel at ease. I am glad I chose Dr. Dean for this service!
My visit to Dr. Dean's office was pleasant. Patient friendly service was excellent, prompt, and professional.
My heart felt opinion is that there is none better than Dr Dean and his crew. Years of neglect of my oral care was from nothing but fear. A couple of bad experiences in the past made me dental shy. Because of it and a lack of knowledge I developed problems that resulted in a no choice situation. A late night tooth ache and seeing a tv commercial of Dr Dean prompted me to go on line and do a little research about Dean Dental Solutions. This office is a picture of efficiency. The front desk and check-out procedures are easy and the staff is professional and approachable. The first appointment of the day is 7 a.m., which is a huge plus. They run a clean establishment with friendly nurses. Dr. Dean will answer all your questions and does his best to put you at ease. I would recommend Dr. Dean to anyone without reservation.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable personnel. Hygienist did a great job of explaining what she was doing, what actions I can take to improve the health and condition of my teeth and gums, and how to correctly perform the actions.
Although visiting a dentist is now our favorite think, we do not mind at all going to see Dr. John Dean. He is always so friendly and always makes conversation that seems to be truly interested in what we have been doing - not just to make conversarion. Have been seeing him for many years and will continue to do so.
As always my visit was pleasant and uneventful. Trying to get an x-ray the insurance will approve for a crown replacement. Hopefully this will be the one that works!
