My visit to Dr. Dean's office was very pleasant. The dental assistant was very efficient and patient friendly. Dr. Dean is very kind to his patients.
I went for a routine cleaning and met Lauren Smith, my new hygienist. She is amazing! I've had cleanings with other dentis offices where I would leave feeling like I'd been punched in the mouth or where my gums would throb because the hygienist was a little too enthusiastic with the floss or over zealous with the cleaning pick. Lauren Smith was by far the most gentle person I've ever encountered. I have already recommended 4 family members to her. Love her and am actually looking forward to my next cleaning!
I have been going to Dr. Paul Dean & Dr. John Dean most of my life (52 years) and I went into have a routine cleaning yesterday but ended up it could not be done due to other circumstances. But Dr. Paul Dean and Dr. John Dean are the best! They are always very professional and courteous. The office is always superb in being clean and sanitized. Can't get better care!
I can't imagine handing over the care of my 53 year old no cavity pearly whites to anyone else! The friendly, careful, attentive and professional attention I experience with Tanya and Dr. Dean is top notch! Not only am I a patient, I send my children and recommend my friends!
My hygienist is Dawn. She is amazing! She has worked so carefully with me and has been very thorough in explaining things. Dr. Dean is such a good dentist. He's a always got a smile on his face. He is very good, and understanding.
Is it normal and all right that I cannot get dental floss between my last filling(17) and the adjacent tooth ?

You should be able to floss between all teeth, contacts may be tight but floss should be able to go between.

Dr Dean and his staff have the most personable service . They make you feel very comfortable and tailor the care to fit your needs. I have been with Dr Dean since 1996 and wouldn't go anywhere else!
