It is nice to know someone is interested in making your oral health and overall quality of life better and Dr. John Dean seems to have that as a priority and Tanya was also quite knowledgeable. The only reason I did not rate the overall experience "Excellent" was due to the call I received when I was running late and the attitude of the person to whom I spoke. Great staff and great customer service
Dr Dean has been my dentist for many years. I am deathly afraid of dentist but Dr Dean and his staff are very friendly and do a fabulous job of making me enjoy going to the dentist. I highly recommend him
Dr. Dean and his staff always do an excellent job. They also use the most up to date equipment. Never had a bad experience or any problems with my teeth afterwards.
I am continually impressed at the level of Dr. Dean's concern to my dental issues. He really takes the time and makes sure that I leave satisfied with the work he has done. I am also very appreciative to his attentive and caring assistants. Thank you
I suffer from the ANXIETY MONSTER and I am happy to say they made me feel very welcome, safe, and relaxed. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 3 years and Lauren was very gentle in cleaning my teeth. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. I'm very pleased.
After showing up on the wrong day, Dr.Dean's office made room for me in their schedule. I drive in from Sheridan so this was a tremendous help. My anxiety is high at the dentist due to a past history of TMJ as well as other Drs not being able to get me fully numb. I began to see stars while getting my teeth cleaned. This is the complete opposite of the dental office of your nightmares. The receptionists were helpful with the insurance paperwork, the service was quick and professional, and everything is done with a smile (with exceptionally clean teeth)!
