I had good experience until they changed pa on me. I went to get meds filled n found out new pa never put it in I just assumed since it was in June now July 10. I needed meds sent to special pharmacy in chattanooga which previous pa did no problem but new pa is not certified in tn so it didn't go through so instead of finding a solution such as having dr Miranda put in her solution was to end relationship. That's not very professional.
I am so happy i found this medical group. I was at my wits end when i started . They are the best. Stephanie Lawson is my PA snd i love her. Her compassion for her patients is above and beyond. Having someone come to my home is life saving. Dr. Miranda is so concerning for me . He keeps up with my care. And he listens to me. Which most doctors dont do. He does everything possible to keep me out of the hospital. I am so blessed to have them as my medical team. Thank you so much to eberyone at Family medical therapies.
Very nice and quick. He seem to genuinely care.
