My wife and I interviewd several other builders to build our custom home in Beaufort SC. We selected Patterson Residential, based on seeing in prior homes he had bulit, the quality of construction, attention to detail, and the very favorable comment from former customers. Our expectations were met in every way Most impressive, however, was Allen Patterson's personal involvement during the building process. He was there to make sure we were buying a quality house, and he delivered just that.

Allen Patterson Residential was hired to do a major renovation on a house that had been built as a spec house around 1990. The entire first floor was changed along with a portion of the second floor. We might as well have just built a new house. We wanted some unique features and they were able to do them. The outcome is magnificent!
