We hired Allen Patterson to build a new home in a historic district with specific regulations. AP has a solid bidding and estimate process and professional approach to the job. Friendly, accommodating and flexible staff made the job of building a home while out of town less stressful than thought. The AP team wants you to be happy with the end product and works to make that happen.
Allen Patterson Residential finished our custom home in December. We had a wonderful building experience and especially liked our foreman, Chris Deloach. The subs were very polite and respectful and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend them for your building project.

The project was completed just as indicated in January 2017 even with the disruption of Hurricane Matthew in October. I particularly appreciated the accessibility and interest my forman Carl gave to me. The response to my punch list items has been quick which I also appreciate.
