Our custom home was built on schedule and with great respect for our budget. The entire staff was highly responsive and showed exceptional expertise and attention to detail throughout the process.
The total experience working with Allen and his staff was exceptional. We were not in the area when we built. However no question was ever left unanswered. When we had questions the entire staff was there to help and give direction.
My first solo building project and Allen Patterson along with his very talented, patient and knowledgable staff held my hand throughout the entire process. They were my chief advocates with the countless number of vendors coming together to create a space that was all mine. Allen Patterson and his crews were very professional, courteous and built a superior product home for us. Customer service after completion has been stellar and every problem (of which were few) were addressed immediately. We highly recommend Allen Patterson Residential for any of your building needs.
