Allan Patterson Residential was a joy to work with. Building a new home from over 600 miles away is a challenge but the Patterson team made it effortless and finished ahead of schedule. From the custom design to the finished product they were professional, courteous, efficient and produced a top quality home exactly as we envisioned it. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again although it would be hard to pry us out of our new home!! B & G U

Built our home in 2005. Added a room in 2012, made major repairs after a flood in 2015. Quality is exceptional. Working relationship was/is exceptional. The builder stands behind his work and makes repairs from any issue that relates to construction, even years after construction is completed. Have referred this company to several friends resulting in their hiring this builder. Rare to find a company with this integrity.

Fabulous team to work with - this was a custom project that required the new construction to mesh with 20 year old residential construction. It was seamless. Everyone was great to interact with and very respectful of the neighborhood. I will never forget that the nail gun compressor never went on until our neighbor left to take her children to school. While it is a small thing, it reflects the care and consideration that was just a natural part of Allen Patterson Residential's way of doing business.

Allen Patterson Residential built a beautiful screen porch addition and patio on our existing home. Not only is the space enjoyable, but really meshed with the character of our home and certainly enhanced the esthetics of our home. The crew was wonderful to work with and certainly met our expectations. The only reason I did not give 5'stars was the time it took to complete the project was several weeks longer than expected.

Allen Patterson Residential built us a custom home in Beaufort South Carolina. The construction process went extremely well. Allen and his team were very helpful through out the year long project. Allen's attention to detail and design is unsurpassed. His company was easy to work with and kept within budget. As a builder and being in the high end residential business for over 30 years, I couldn't give him a higher recommendation. Thank you Allen, job well done! We are living our dream.

We used Allen Patterson to build our new home in Beaufort! We had been through many houses but were always impressed with the quality of the houses that he built. We love our new house and it turned out better than we ever expected. The quality of their finish carpenters is probably the best that we have ever seen, The custom cabinets and shelves on both sides of our fireplace are absolutely beautiful and stand out to be the center of attention which is what we wanted when designing the living room. They completed the building project on time and in a very professional manner. While we went over budget, it was not the fault of the builder. We recommend taking considerable time in setting up the allowance budgets. We did not set up realistic ones and that was what created the majority of our overages. The workmanship was high quality and the project went well and everyone got along. We look forward to more projects with them in the future.

New construction on the marsh. Two things stand out . First Allen came in on budget. No surprises on cost, estimate right on. After living in the Low Country, speaking with other new owners I realize building practices differ and if your builder cannot handle ground water you are in trouble. Big trouble. Allen knows how to build in this area. Experience counts.
