My family had an awesome experience here! Thank you so much for having us.
Great property location in one of the best places to live in Michigan during the Summer. Tenant income is capped, so people who make more than minimum wage or work full time essentially cannot qualify to live here. Makes no sense fully turning away applicants with reliable income and good credit. Very very disappointed.
The apartment pricing, location, and quality are all legit. Highly recommended for those who want to live well on a budget. Gas and electric are surprisingly cheap. Best place to rent for young adults with a good credit score. This is a well maintained apartment by the beach.
Except for the bug issues I love my apartment!!
