Absolute garbage. Beautiful location in a beautiful town, but management is terrible and buildings are disgusting and gross. Tourists don't even know the disgusting conditions in these places when they walk by talking about how wonderful it must be to live so close to the lake. I won't even get into the health issues going on in these buildings. Residents are dropping like flies.
This isn't even deserving of one star. If you're searching for a clean, peaceful, and enjoyable place to call home. This complex (and its affiliates) are certainly 𝗡𝗢𝗧 it. Do not be swayed by its surroundings, or fooled by the intentionally misleading online photos. It's not worth the toll on your mental, emotional, and physical health. Avoid at all costs! My family had an awesome experience here! Thank you so much for having us.
Great property location in one of the best places to live in Michigan during the Summer. Tenant income is capped, so people who make more than minimum wage or work full time essentially cannot qualify to live here. Makes no sense fully turning away applicants with reliable income and good credit. Very very disappointed.
