Bought a car from them Saturday. After we were home I noticed a scratch in the driver door. Called them Monday and was told that since we didn't bring it up before we left the dealership there was nothing they will do to fix it.
After bringing a truck in for overheating they decided to do recall work and left lug nuts off the inside dually wheel. It ruined wheel, lug studs and much more. They refused to replace the wheel or spacer. They also made us pay for towing. Unprofessional, refused to answer the phone or returns calls. Kept truck two weeks.
RecommendedWe have bought several vehicles from Patterson Dodge in Tyler. We keep going back because their customer service is top notch and they have never given us a reason to go elsewhere. We appreciate the honesty and integrity they present throughout the whole buying process and even after we leave. Justin Godlock is huge asset to their dealership. We enjoy working with him.
Asked to have a specific part replaced. Made an appointment. Came to the Service Department. 30 minutes later, I am given an extremely high quote and Patterson did not even have the part. So for me to call, make an appointment to find out that they don't have the part, resulting in wasting all of our time, it only cost me $144 for the diagnostic which I had told the clerk what was wrong with my vehicle when I arrived and on the phone and to leave without Patterson doing a thing!

I work with Rick Gorbett. Rick has always been very professional. He takes time to make sure he answers the questions that I have very thoroughly. He’s never pushy and always helpful. He has great suggestions as far as the vehicles and the options that they have to fit my needs. Rick and I hardly haggle over price he tells me what he can do I’ll tell him what I can do and we come to a mutual agreement. I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at Patterson and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Morgan was my service advisor and she was both knowledgeable and communicative. My service was completed incredibly quickly. Patterson will also make sure you don't go without reliable transportation while your car is repaired. Their courtesy shuttle took me home and they offered to pick me up as well. That's something I've not experienced with other dealers! Very grateful for Morgan and the service team.
