We had a great experience with Harbor Nissan George Muentes listened to our needs and was NOT pushy. He answered all our questions and even texted us with all new updates on lease car we turned in and the used car we purchased.
The gist of this review is that my engine failed and had to be replaced but since the car is under warranty and I don't have to pay for it, they will not do the work. They are not honoring the warranty agreement. I recently bought my first Nissan. It's less than 2 years old but the engine completely failed while I was driving it on H-1 and I had it towed to New City Nissan to repair since it is still under warranty. I just left Auffenburg Nissan. After 3 hours of back and forth they REFUSED to honor their website price on a 2026 Nissan Rogue. They completely ignored the advertized discounts and tried to sell it to me for MSRP. This is an obvious BAIT and SWITCH. Real scum they are.....
