Bought a 2024 truck from them. Sales was fine, shortly after purchase truck stopped running. Spent 2 full weeks waiting on a truck to work. Biggest problem is the service department was non communicative throughout the process. Could never get a hold of anyone. Drove down 4 times to get answers. It is one thing to make a sale it is another to not be able to service it. Most staff are apathetic to any concern you have. Will not do business with them for any future needs.
WARNING , WARNING. WARNING. Do not use peltier dealerships .they will not honor there word, and leave you with a large repair bill. While still under warranty took my vehicle to them several times for engine light that kept coming on. They could not figure out what was going on. Round about the fourth time or so told me to just drive it for awhile and let the recorder record some data. Last trip in told them my warranty was about to expire and we hadn’t fixed the problem.
