They ARE LIARS, Frauds and deceivers. I told these people my mechanic said the van was throwing a auto shutdown code. Cole said it was not, that there was nothing wrong with relay, electrical or computer and insisted it was the pump (and charged $600), and that would fix the problem. Guess what, it wasn’t the fuel pump. I don’t believe they ever did an actual diagnostic or plugged in their computer to see what codes it was throwing. Really Bad service..... Very dishonest people. Alstate insurance had me bring my jeep in for some minor repairs. I told the women Sue and her partner I did not want to bring it in until all the parts were in the shop and ready for repair. Patterson called me and assured me all the parts are in and they can complete my repairs in a timely manner. THEY LIED. when I call them on the agreed complete day.
