Really Bad service..... Very dishonest people. Alstate insurance had me bring my jeep in for some minor repairs. I told the women Sue and her partner I did not want to bring it in until all the parts were in the shop and ready for repair. Patterson called me and assured me all the parts are in and they can complete my repairs in a timely manner. THEY LIED. when I call them on the agreed complete day. They said we are still waiting on parts. Sue and her Crew are very nasty on the phone saying, THAS NOT MY JOB TO CHECK IF THE PARTS ARE IN. almost two weeks later, I had to pick my uncompleted jeep up and bring it to another shop to complete the repairs Patterson collision repair could not repair. I would never have anything to do with Patterson again. NEVER NEVER NEVER

Asked to have a specific part replaced. Made an appointment. Came to the Service Department. 30 minutes later, I am given an extremely high quote and Patterson did not even have the part. So for me to call, make an appointment to find out that they don't have the part, resulting in wasting all of our time, it only cost me $144 for the diagnostic which I had told the clerk what was wrong with my vehicle when I arrived and on the phone and to leave without Patterson doing a thing!

joshua aka Bird is worth the visit. managers and ownership appreciated my business as it was my 3rd car. nice to know people still care about the face to face service experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

I work with Rick Gorbett. Rick has always been very professional. He takes time to make sure he answers the questions that I have very thoroughly. He’s never pushy and always helpful. He has great suggestions as far as the vehicles and the options that they have to fit my needs. Rick and I hardly haggle over price he tells me what he can do I’ll tell him what I can do and we come to a mutual agreement. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone that is looking to purchase a new vehicle that Patterson carries. I really enjoy your finance manager he is always helpful and nice. I use your service department as well. Thank you so very much I will look forward to doing business with you in the future. Let me know when Jeep puts a V-8 in the gladiator or wrangler and I’ll be back to see you again.

I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at Patterson and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Morgan was my service advisor and she was both knowledgeable and communicative. My service was completed incredibly quickly. Patterson will also make sure you don't go without reliable transportation while your car is repaired. Their courtesy shuttle took me home and they offered to pick me up as well. That's something I've not experienced with other dealers! Very grateful for Morgan and the service team.

i would not recommend this dealership to anyone from almost day 1 i’ve been going through problems with this dealership. brit grove my salesman lied and said my car trailed to me when it has actually got driven from tyler,tx to baton rouge,la without my knowing ( first problem ) when i was washing my car a few days after i notices all kind of color darken spots so i notifies my salesman and she told me to bring it to the nearest dodge dealership and tel them what’s wrong and patterson we’re going to fix it so i did and was told another dealership can’t do anything for 45 days and that i had needed to bring it back to patterson to get fixed i live in houston so i told my salesman that and asked could i either bring this car back and get my money back or get another vehicle and i was told that i was crazy ...so i took my car to body shop guy tells me 500$ but charges me 540$ to fix my car because i needed paint correction on a brand new car. ( third problem ) my car can me with tint that’s bubbling up and causing my back window defrosters not to work and i notified chris strum the general manager and he tells me to send him pictures of my bubbles in my tint so i did and he agreed that that looks horrible so he tells me to go to a shop and get a quote on getting it fixed so i did so as they was giving the quote they told me i’m going to need a window new back windshield because the defroster sensors so i told him and he tells me he’s not approving that . so now i’ve been asking to speak to the owner because as a customer i’ve done everything i was supposed to do but as a dealership they haven’t

My financing didn't work for a new car, but Greg still helped me drive away with a great Jeep Compass! I'm so pleased with my entire experience, and I've got a wicked nice car!

There is a salesman who works there who has a ton of integrity!! Justin Godlock. I know this because I served with the gentleman 12 years ago in Iraq. He was definitely one of the best soldiers I’ve ever served with and I have talked with him since. He is the same man. Just older and wiser!! Thanks for being an awesome human being brother!
