Kendrick J**** at Patterson had a great, very personal approach to his sales. He kept us well informed through out the whole process. He met everyone of our needs and answered every question we had. He gave us his personal cell phone number and we could text him or call him anytime we had a question We will definitely use him again for future purchases and we will gladly refer him to anyone we know that is looking for a excellent car buying experience.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had I enjoyed every minute of it! They made it quick easy and did everything they could to make sure I left if the car I wanted!

Tyler ******* was fantastic. It was the easiest, least complicated experience I've ever had at ********* in my 15+ years of buying cars through them. In all the years that I've been going there, Tyler was the only person to ever take the time to actually show me everything about the car and how to work it. He showed me how to connect my phone to the car's Bluetooth system and how to program the radio. I'm definitely going to recommend ********* Auto Group and Tyler ******* to whomever needs to get a new vehicle from now on.

I would like to thank Kendrick and the Patterson Team-BMW of Wichita Falls, TX for the good experience we had in getting our new BMW.
