This post specifically covers the Mercedes section of Patterson Auto...they all have different sales folks. I do NOT have a complaint. We have bought 3 cars here, the sales and post sales folks have been terrific!. Also we have had our car maintained and repaired there with great communication and service (we have also had maint done at a Ft Worth dealer that was lousy at communication) So we go out of our way to buy and get the cars serviced there at the Mercedes section of Patterson Auto in Wichita Falls.
Tyler ****** was an excellent young man to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, very courteous, and extremely helpful. We were just looking when we stopped and he helped us find just the right car for us at an affordable price. Kudos to Tyler, he will go places.
Elizabeth ****** is a wonderful very friendly and professional person st ********* Auto Center! We have loved having her as our person of contact at purchasing a vehicle there! I would rate her as a 5 star and higher person, so very positive!!

Buying a car here was such a great experience. It was fast, easy, and no one was pushy. Our sales woman Corey was a delight, very friendly and upbeat. We went in kind of late and she was very patient with us, not trying to get us out the door at closing time. I would definitely recommend buying a car here to anyone I know! I came in searching for a mazda that had sold earlier that day. Lori offered a 2010 Ford Edge that was in great condition instead. She went out of her way to allow me to test drive, take it for the night, and return in the morning. She was so great and understanding of my financial situation. The experience was perfect and I can't imagine any one else selling me the first car in my name. She was amazing!! I would recommend her and ********* to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Bought our new Hyundai from Bobby **** with Patterson Hyundai in Wichita falls Texas. Bobby was extremely nice and patient and helpful, working with us to get us a deal we were very happy with. Everyone from the salesman three financing to servicing were very helpful and patient, making sure we were satisfied.
