I am very satisfied with my experience with buying a used car at Pattersons this week. The dealer was Michael *****. There was no pressure. The experience was very pleasant. He was very helpful and the man who helped me at the end of the transaction and guided me thru the finance part was helpful. I feel I got a fair deal and I am a satisfied customer.
We purchased a new 2017 Buick Encore from **** Havens at Patterson Auto Center. **** and the rest of the staff at Pattersons were all courteous and helpful. Thank you for making our auto purchase a pleasant experience.
Just purchased a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Patterson. It is the third ESV I bought from Steve ******. He is the greatest car guy I've ever dealt with, going way beyond the service you'd expect. Patterson is the best dealership I've ever bought from, and this is my fourth purchase from them. I had all three serviced only at Patterson and was always completely satisfied. This new one will also be serviced there exclusively.
We had a great experience working with **** ****** at *********'s. He is a great professional who did everything possible to make our experience a great one. He worked to give us the best deal he could on our Enclave. We were very satisfied.
It's a real pleasure to find an honest car salesman! And I found one in Steve ****** at ********* Cadillac today. Mr. ****** gave me the straight story from the start, worked with me in a timely fashion, and didn't play any games of offer/counter/etc. As a retired military man, I appreciate the honesty that seems to permeate the entire ********* organization. I started getting service there a year ago, and every dealing I have had with them has been fair and honest.

I was very nerous about going to a big dealership because I have been told I have bad credit and also bad experience with cars! I saw ******* Williams post on Facebook and messaged him. He responded right away and told me what I needed to bring. The next morning at our appointment, he was so nice and personable. I did not feel like I was at a car lot! We shopped for my 16 year old son's 1st car. We went to several dealerships and all of them felt like they were holding on to us when we would say we wanted to keep looking making it very hard and uncomfortable. Then we went to ********* and ******* McDorman was amazing. He was extremely helpful but not pushy. He made the whole process of getting a safe car that son and parents were happy with.
