I am amazed with the serious lack of professionalism I witnessed at the used chevy location!! Sales men rude on the phone and rude to customers waiting. Manager had no interest in what was going on and very clearly does not have the best interests for customers or your dealership in mind. I will never return to your dealership. I was seeking to buy a $20-25,000 dollar vehicle CASH, easy sell but I will take my business elsewhere after that circus. Painful to watch.
the online chat button is nothing more than an answering service to gather YOUR information. They cannot verify if a car you see at cars dot com or on the Pasty Lou website is even still in stock. Then when they don't like your blunt questions, or can't answer your questions they disconnect the chat, and then continue to disconnect if you try to chat again. Not a good first experience. Do you think I'll drive to Flint now?? Highly unlikely.
