I remember when I was calling people at this dealership in June to ask about cars, it was difficult getting through. I also noticed that their cars were priced higher than everyone else's, for what I was shopping for. Got a total bad vibe from this place. Well got a 03 silverado from them. Needed drivers window motor replaced they wouldn't do that. After I made the first 180 dollar payment it started leaking pools of coolant. Called them got told it would be like 160 to look at it.... Just look at it. Then the drivers front wheel almost falls off cause the wheelbearing was bad glad it stayed on there cause I had my 3yr old daughter with me then. They charged my mom 2.5 hours of labor $250 and $2.98 in parts to fix two 6 inch 18ga wires. It only took them 40mins about to find the problem and after looking at the repair I know it took maybe 10mins to fix. Do not go, they rip off the elderly! edit 2017: Because I can't write a 2nd review I'll add to this one. My mothers 2013 equinox tires are dry-rotted with 24,298 miles on the vehicle. Worst customer service, would never recommend this place for anything. and yet a year later still no better, you figure working in sales you would treat your customers like a blessing not an inconvenience!!
If I could give them Zero stars and still write a review I would. DO NOT buy a used vehicle from them. Less than 12 hours after taking delivery I noticed the front brake rotors were warped and the pads were making noise when braking. Attempted to call them and was routinely sent to voicemails that were never returned. Went back to the dealership on the third day and talked to our salesman. If I could give 0 stars I would! My boyfriend bought a preowned truck with a certified warranty and went to get his free oil change and the dealership never activated the warranty. Now we have been going back and forth trying to get it taken care of. They are rude on the phone, lying through their teeth. Never call my boyfriend back. Will never buy a vehicle from them again! I suggest you don't either!!!
When I first came to purchase my truck it was a pain in the ass a salesman messed up everything then they rewrote the loan and then I had a hard time with the truck that's when they stepped up and did make everything right other then that the service sucks!!!! Don't know if I go back again or not
