I had lost hope for car dealerships and was about to go shopping on craigslist, but i found Ron Johnson and Tony Brown, they were awesome, I felt like they actually cared about me and my family, Brown and Johnson are a great team. They got the job done. I am definitely coming back again, I was so happy i sent my wife up there and she bought a car also. Thanks Patsy lou.
Worst service ever! The service rep was so bad we took our car our of line up to be fixed and took it elsewhere. Train your service reps to treat customers with respect. Never buying another car FROM Patsy Lou's or use service here again.
Bought a 2014 Cruze LTZ from here and don't know where to start on my horrible purchasing experience from here. First they did a bait and switch scam on me by letting me think that the car I wanted was the car invoice that they gave me,but it was not. When it came to purchasing the car they, the salesman and the sales manager said they made a mistake and that the car I wanted was really $5000 more! I like the loaner they gave.
Free car washes for life is a scam. Nobody ever there. We have seriously gone there 4-5 times during business hours, closed EVERY time. I called our salesperson and instead of saying come in and we'll take care of it, he gave me the number of some third party owner of the car wash and told me to call them because it was out of his hands.
I bought a truck with a warranty and they did not stand behind their word. I believe they knew it was broke beforehand. Please contact me when you are ready to do something about this.
