My wife and I drove an hour to go purchase a used car from patsy lou pre-owned lot. Our sales man was Robert he went above and beyond our expectations. Very professional he made our purchase simple, easy, and quick. Very nice and professional. I was refered to him by Tony the used sales manager and he was extremely helpful and profeasional. I would recommend to go see Robert or Tony anytime you are looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Team Patsy Lou for the fantastic car buying experince.
Showed up with their mailer sale card. Took it. Didn't actually even ask me to buy a car let alone ask me to look at one. Told me "we are out of your gift." we'll send it to you in the mail. Never got it. Sent a couple emails on web sight. Still no response. Won't be back. No integrity. Became helpful after this complaint. Asked to get a car. Very helpful. I spent my whole day here but in return got a great deal. They were willing to work with my budget and beginners credit until they found a bank to accept me. The customer service was outstanding everyone was super friendly even when I was starting to get frustrated with the wait. They really care about helping you out. Great dealership! Not pushy. They do everything they can to get you in the car of your dreams. I bought a beautiful new Buick Encore from them and I'm love it! They take the time to explain everything from financing, service center, and communication devices. I would and will definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family. Was just at Chevey Used lot Sept.13th 2014 5:20pm with a friend who received an invite in the mail. And after speaking to the sales specialisty my friend who receive the invitation ask about a Patsy Lou hat that she had that was made in china "Are there any Patsy Lou hats that are made in America? I putchased a car July 8 from patsy lou after not even a month later the car broke down i called and went back to the dealership only to deal with rude non cooperative people after three weeks i finally got in contact with someone and found out they sold me a car in which they can not service and it needs over1400 dollars worth of work..my car has been out of commission for a whole month now and i still am without a car!! I went to get my car serviced today. There are multiple buildings. I pulled up to the one where my car was serviced before and saw the man who had worked on my car before. I said I had a 3 o'clock appointment but I wasn't sure where to go. The man asked who I had spoke to and I said I wasn't sure.
