To both of the two Managers tonight at Pat’s Pizza in Middletown - you have no business managing a restaurant. When the kind server came to the table and told us that the 1st manager blew him off when he was trying to confirm that the pizza was free of nut ingredients due to a life threatening allergy and he asked the second manager since the first ‘didn’t seem to care’ and they ALSO weren’t willing to check....you are in the wrong business and have forever lost our business. We are deeply sorry that you felt that nobody cared, but i can assure you that is not the case at all. We care highly for our customers and strive to make sure that all our customers are safe when eating our food. After extended conversation with the manager and General manager of the location, I was able to come to a conclusion as to what transpired here. I am sorry that this happened but wanted to say we as a organization do not use a peanut oil or do most of our food contain peanuts in them. But we do as well have peanuts... read more
