Just received the worst service ever, my order didn't come complete and the manager talked over me and wouldn't even let me speak. He was very rude. We won't be going back there again. Food was ok at best.

The food was amazing (I had pizza) the server very nice and friendly. The look of the restaurant was very nice. Had the banana cream desert cup and I will say that's the best banana desert I have ever had. All in all 5 stars was not enough.
Worst dinner ever from Pat's! Ordered the spaghetti and meatball dinner and two large cheesesteaks to go. Got home and the two cheesesteaks barely had any meat and the spaghetti dinner was about 2 full pounds of noodles and barely 1 cup of sauce with 4 golfball size meatballs. Will not be ordering from Pat's anytime soon
1.) Poor basic food packing skills. Seriously, mega fries at the bottom of the bag? Guess I didn't want all the toppings on my fries... 2.) A sub usually has seasonings, oil, and THE FREAKING TOPPINGS PEOPLE SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR. 3.) Long wait time for food. 4.) Delivery driver with absolutely no sense of direction, or courtesy. Show that you actually value your customers.
Poor customer service. My husband waited an hour for a call ahead order and ended up getting a refund. No apologies provided.
Service was great today for a mom of three small children. An employee went out of her way to bring me out my pick-up order so I didn't have to carry in my infant and my two small boys. I wish I could remember her name but I have to say she showed some excellent customer service today!

My husband and I went there for burgers and they were the worse burgers we ever had. There is not much else I can say about that!! Their pizza may be better. I would recommend that if u visit them, don't order burgers. The host were friendly enough, but their burger and fries were terrible. If u go there order the pizza.
