Alrighty ladies and gents, let tell you about home customer service is in Middletown, De. Pat's Pizza is located on 311 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709. Coming home about two minutes ago, a local pizza delivery driver was parked in the middle of an intersection on E Lake St. Blocking N Cox St., preventing us from getting down to our house. I have never eaten in the place so this is from delivery experiences: Cheesesteak Rustic and fries are good most of the time. But I'd strongly stay away from Naked Wings: Last few orders have been awful and I was hoping it was just by chance. The last time they were overcooked (dry chewy meat) but the skin was soggy and spongy. This time the skin was soggy and not edible by most standards, and I didn't get the extra sauce I asked for. Just received the worst service ever, my order didn't come complete and the manager talked over me and wouldn't even let me speak. He was very rude. We won't be going back there again. Food was ok at best.
The food was amazing (I had pizza) the server very nice and friendly. The look of the restaurant was very nice. Had the banana cream desert cup and I will say that's the best banana desert I have ever had. All in all 5 stars was not enough.
1.) Poor basic food packing skills. Seriously, mega fries at the bottom of the bag? Guess I didn't want all the toppings on my fries... 2.) A sub usually has seasonings, oil, and THE FREAKING TOPPINGS PEOPLE SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR. 3.) Long wait time for food. 4.) Delivery driver with absolutely no sense of direction, or courtesy. Show that you actually value your customers.
Poor customer service. My husband waited an hour for a call ahead order and ended up getting a refund. No apologies provided.
Having a heroin dealer for a driver is kind of a turn off. Can't say I'll be using the restaurant as long at ray dio gedd works there
