Pizza was great. It ends there. Personnel is awful. Seeing all the comments here it's amazing Pats hasn't done something about it

Love this restaurant we come from Seaford Delaware, and Abingdon Maryland we found this place last year and came back again for my birthday was 6 of us and love the breadsticks, we had a variety of food from wings, soups, burgers and wraps service is great she was on top of everything we will be back
The cashier was walking around on her phone and eating while ringing people up. Also checked the receipts for tips in front of the customers. Very unprofessional. Also took 20 mins for a couple slices of pizza.

Placed order online for delivery. The arrival time for delivery was 1:40pm but I did not get my food till 2:10pm and then I did not get what I ordered. When I called and started tell the manager the problems she cut me off very rudely and told me that they cant guarantee delivery times. Alrighty ladies and gents, let tell you about home customer service is in Middletown, De. Pat's Pizza is located on 311 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709. Coming home about two minutes ago, a local pizza delivery driver was parked in the middle of an intersection on E Lake St. Blocking N Cox St., preventing us from getting down to our house. I have never eaten in the place so this is from delivery experiences: Cheesesteak Rustic and fries are good most of the time. But I'd strongly stay away from Naked Wings: Last few orders have been awful and I was hoping it was just by chance. The last time they were overcooked (dry chewy meat) but the skin was soggy and spongy. This time the skin was soggy and not edible by most standards, and I didn't get the extra sauce I asked for.
