Someone please tell me who runs this dump. I ordered 35 dollars worth of food and they forgot something and I get an attitude when I cal to check on the status. The guy was fine however the 2nd time I called to check the girl was beyond rude. I literally wanted to go down to pats myself and say a word or two but held myself back. Today I ordered lunch from Pats at 11:29 and it arrived perfectly and delicious and fresh to my door at 11:45!! Amazed!
great menu, plenty to allow me to order more than once a week. I don't get tired of repeat selections.
We usually would order delivery but too often the food arrives very cold. When they get the food here hot it is good, but that does not happen to often. One time when we called because our order was wrong and cold the manager was very rude. I don't expect piping hot food when I order delivery but at least warm. Many times it is ice cold and obvious it's been sitting around.
Piss poor customer service. Unwelcoming attitude from management.
I ordered delivery and could track the order. They told me the delivery persons name and was timely.
