Chaffee Air's response to my air conditioning issue was to provide a technician on the same day. Luka was a polite and professional technician. He was efficient, diligent, and effective when problem solving. Luka explained the problem, repaired the problem, implemented a solution to prevent future issues, and explained the steps he took to solve the problem. I will definitely use Chaffee Air for future services.

Chaffee Air was wonderful and very professional. They replaced my 81 year old aunt's 19 year old unit. The entire experience was quick and easy and all the service men were so thoughtful of my aunt and her house taking care not to track anything into house and they kept her informed as to their progress the entire time.I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service! I especially appreciated the knowledge of all employees and techs and also the professional way each individual responded. Response to my service need was quick, on time, and reasonably priced. Also, no one tried to sell me products or services I don?t really need. Thank you!
