Had an excellent experience buying a truck today with my husband. John Earl was a great salesman, he explained everything thoroughly and he worked with Jerry and the finance team to get us taken care of and we drove off the lot with a new truck! We also had our twin 3 year olds with us the whole time and the entire team at Patriot was patient with us and even made them feel welcome. We will definitely use Patriot for any future needs and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My brother went in there today ready to buy a truck, and was treated like a child. The salesmen who showed the truck was very rude and would not give him a test drive or show the different features some vehicles had saying that it's all the same. I will gladly never recommend this place and hopefully u fix this bc people like to be treated with respect.

They were very nice. The service manager kept me updated on the repairs to my vehicle. The only complaint I have is that I have a noise on the front right that none of the technicians can seem to hear. I have taken it in twice and they don't hear it. Frustrating.
