Next time you go in ask if they charge list price on parts or if they still charge a minimum of 40% OVER list. Then ask about the escalating labor rates. It's awesome. The more hours for a repair the more per hour they charge. Greed. These kinds of practices give good dealers a bad reputation
Purchased a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate for my wife today. She is over the moon with this vehicle and I feel the same about the service. Patriot is the BEST dealer in Bartlesville. I don't normally do reviews but our experience at Patriot was one of the best sales experiences I have had. Nathan took really good care of us and got us a deal that I thought was too good to be true which turned out they were 100% honest and upfront about everything. Look forward to future purchases.

RecommendedWe just bought our 2nd GMC from Patriot. Chris was great to work with, service department is too (although I've only been in for oil changes, etc). When we bought our truck they found exactly what we wanted with the best rebates, offers, etc. Go talk to Chris if you need a new or used vehicle. I do wish the service department was open Saturdays for oil changes and tire rotations, but still highly recommend.

My mom bought a Canyon and she loves it! Really nice truck! She had a concern with the price during the sale and explained she was willing to drive out of town for a better price. The folks at Patriot worked to make things right and she left with a new truck and a positive opinion of Patriot GMC.

I took my hyundai in for a recalled part. I got right in and enjoyed their waiting room with coffee and snacks!! I just wish they honored free oil changes from the Stillwater Barry Sanders dealership, can you reply if you all would honor that request????
