My husband Darrin Chick and I were involved in a semi vs car accident on Match 20,2017. Our car got totaled. We went to Patriot after doing our research and met with Nathan. Took our 2016 Elantra to get an oil change, inspection & tire rotation. I called before we went & was told the cost was $39.99. When I picked the car up the charge went to $69. The rotation had an added charge of $20 & I'm not sure what the rest of the charge came from. The dealer did offer to refund $20. That still makes the oil change $49. That's $10 than I was told .. are the workers not knowledgeable of what they charge for their services?!?!
They are totally AWESOME!! I had an issue with my new Santa Fe and Chase squeezed me in cuz of an upcoming trip! Doug the technician got me all fixed up and they even washed my car! Great customer service all the way around!!

We just purchased a truck from Patriot, we have done business with the GMC dealers, Malone now Patriot for years and purchased several cars and trucks. Always treated very good they go above and beyond to see that you are totally satisfied. The Sales and Service department. Rick Bowersock has always been our salesman, no pressure and thoroughly goes thru the vehicle before you leave. We will continue to buy our vehicles from Patriot.
