Patriot service dept. has been great every time I have brought our Sonata in for service. They got the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and will answer your questions. I asked if their windshield cleaner fluid could keep the windshield from freezing up. They were not sure so one of the Service Reps. went back and tested their fluid to see how low it would go. -15 degrees was the readout. Good job Ed. Was told when I bought my vehicle I could get a loaner when I brought it in for service,the first time they honored that but not the second time.i live 45 minutes from patriots so it was nice to be able to run my errands while they were servicing my vehicle. They lost my oil cap when I was in last and told me that they had to order one and would have to drive the 45 minutes back to pick up the oil cap.
