I have had neck surgery on 2011, back surgery 2013. He was great. In back pain started 2017 again. Shots worked for a while. Went to see him a while back. Appointments at 11 got there at 10:30. Didn't get xrays till about 12 went to room. Had to leave at 1240 meeting at 1. Now having to leave I was just going to reset appointment his PA stopped me snapped about her own patients. Back in the room. Snapped by her. Trying to find out was going on. Left messages, 2WKS CALL BACK. BAD PA & LPN. Him?
He is absolutely a wonderful man and Dr. Very interested in your care..very compassionate.. and caring...you don't find Dr like him very often
After suffering for 3 years with crippling back pain from a motor cycle accident and no relief from pain meds and rehab, I found hope after consulting with Dr. O'Leary. He was very sure that surgery was right for me, but not always for everybody with back issues. He performed l5-s1 laminectomy with hardware and bone crafts. I was sore for a month or so but the felling to my feet and toes came back before I left the hospital. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Leary and I thank God for his talents.
Dr Oleary is great, he is a honest shooter, tells you the truth. I recommend his highly.
Dr Patrick O'Leary is an excellent surgeon who did spine surgery on me. I would recommend him to anyone. He takes the time to explain and he is excellent at what he does! I am 100% happy with my out come.
I was referred to Dr. O'Leary for a neck injury after an auto-accident. My initial visit I saw his Physician's Assistant whom was very pleasant and ordered my MRI. 2 weeks after the MRI I call to see when/if my follow-up appointment with the doctor would be only to have my call returned by a nurse (i'm assuming) who told me "you don't need surgery so he is handing you off to pain management." So apparently you are worthy of Dr. O'Leary's time unless you require major surgery.
He fixed my degenerative lumbar pain. Short recovery.
Waited a month for appt with doc's PA, then another month for appt with doc. Spent two hours in waiting room for each visit. The entire Midwest Ortho Clinic is a mess--they are only interested in big dollar procedures. Once they bill that, their interest in helping you is over. A total waste of trust and time.
