Needed a tire patched and they took my car at 1pm and it’s 330pm now as I right this review. Terrible service
I WAS SHOPPING A FEW MONTH'S BACK FOR A NEW OUTBACK AND I SAW THIS SERVICE GUY SITTING IN HIS CAR SMOKING POT! I TOLD I THINK IT WAS ONE OF THE MANAGERS WHO TOLD ME THAT HE WAS ON BREAK SO THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT I BET IT WAS THE SAME GUY SITTING IN A RED SUBARU....I also went elsewhere!

Ended up here for emergency service. Had we known, we would have chosen elsewhere. Mary, in Service, was a complete disaster. After 2 days the GM authorized the repair to be rushed, but Mary managed to hold up progress for by 5 additional hours for an oil change. There were many other complaints about the service and communication, but that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Michelle was amazing, personable and easy to work with. This was def a no pressure sale and she made time to make sure all of our questions were answered! Thank you again. We look forward to purchasing again in the future!
When you do business with the Patrick Family, you get left in the foyer for twenty five minutes being ignored, told to look at cars by yourself outside, told to look online before you come into the store, and then told to go to Worcester instead of the Shrewsbury location. I’ve never been so neglected while trying to make a large purchase. Subarus are great, Patrick Motors is not. If you’re looking for a good purchasing experience I would shy away from this location.
