When I had my 2010 Forester serviced in October, Kyle Mcoster was my service advisor. I want to commend him for making my experience an excellent one. Kyle was thorough and explained all that needed to be done. He made sure that I was comfortable with all procedures, right down to rotating the tires and the multi-point inspection. There was no talk of buying a new car or selling more services than was necessary. Thank you, Kyle and Patrick Subaru.

Remove the jack whack manager who seems like his poop don't smell. Dan Garney. Maybe then you're employees won't seem so hostile because he seems to be the king of all sniff bags. Screw this place.
Do not recommend for service. Express service is always a long wait. I've been here several times including daytime on weekdays. Always waiting 1 and a half to 2 hours or more.
Terrible customer service - Won’t honor Warranties factory/extended unless you bought the car from them directly, regretting I bought a Subaru. Fiancé is due for a new car - will be looking for alternative options.
Your service is just awful. We have received multiple different stories over the past six weeks on the timing for a recall fix. This is just the most recent in a series of awful service experiences with your dealership. Never again a Subaru and most assuredly never Patrick Motors Subaru
