It was the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. I didn't feel like anyone was putting one over on me which is how I usually feel! Michelle was the coolest, nicest, best car sales person ever!!
This dealership does not show care for customers after the sale. My husband had a problem with his car that was covered under the warranty. When the shop he took it to (not a Subaru dealer) told him the issue, he ended up having them fix it because he was told it was an urgent safety issue and he was driving on a business trip the next day. When he contacted Subaru to ask about filing a warranty claim, they completely blew him off.
