I was greeted very nicely and answered some questions about what I was there for. Dr Kallemeier came in shortly and we went through what was going on. We made a decision on what to do. Went and made appointments for my surgery and went on my way. The office and patient room appeared to be very clean and everyone was nice and kind. No problems here!
