This place deals the prospect patients in a very unprofessional manner. Nurse Stephanie is a liar. I tried to book an appointment & asked for more details of the procedure. Then I suggested nurse Stephanie to make use of Email rather than fax to send patients their paperwork when they can’t mail it. She accused me of arguing & fussing. Office manager called me later & told me that my appointment is cancelled & they would not reschedule me because I was fussing & arguing with nurse Stephanie. Dr. McLelland is amazing at what she does! I had endometriosis laparoscopic surgery, and I was so nervous about it, but her and her team did such an amazing job! She is so kind and very knowledgeable, I couldn’t recommend her enough! If you’re afraid to take that next step with surgery do it with Dr. McLelland, she will take great care of you!
Dr. McLelland is absolutely THE BEST!! She genuinely cares deeply for each patient, and takes the time to ask questions (anticipating the topics you don't even know how to ask about), answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure you get exactly what you need. Dr. McLelland is amazing. She spent more time with me determining the right course of action to treat my condition than any other doctor in my lifetime. She gave me options I had never even heard of, and then thoroughly explained each one. She performed my laparoscopic hysterectomy and took the care to even hide one of my incisions. It was the best choice I ever made and I would recommend her to everyone.
