RecommendedI had such a fantastic experience at Patients First yesterday even though I was feeling awful. Everyone was so kind and I spent less than 45 mins in the facility (I made an appointment online). I went in thinking I may have a sinus infection. The doctor took time to explain why he didn't think it was an infection and why he wasn't going to prescribe me antibiotics and what over the counter meds to take. The complete overall customer service was horrible. No concern about the patient. They watched a movie during my husband entire visit. One of the Medical Assistants was so rude to my husband and I, she treated my husband and I like a piece of trash on the ground. While speaking with the ARNP on duty regarding my husband’s visit, she continued to over talk the ARNP while the ARNP was trying to answer my questions.
