I went today for my four-year-old. I waited in the waiting room to be told I have a past due balance. I asked what address do you have on file, and they stated they had the wrong address. I told them I updated my address three times now in the past visits. They told me to call collections/building. I called collections, and spoke to Keisha. She was rude and told me that either I pay the balance or I don't. I explained that I changed my address three times in the past visit. She said that's not my problem. Very dissatisfied with this facility. Misdiagnosed both my daughter and grandson on two separate visits. Not only did the PA misdiagnose on the last visit, she made accusations of neglect to my grandson. This was very upsetting and after following up with the family pediatrician, we are advised to never go to this facility again.
Short wait, efficient and accepted my insurance!
