beyond worst patient first i have ever experienced. sitting here waiting almost an hour for the doctor to come in. almost certain they forgot about me- the patient. I WILL NEVER RETURN NOR RECCOMEND.

Wow... I was here two days ago and came back to have a TB test that was given to rule everything since since my symptoms may be a sign of TB. They said to come back between 48 to 72 hours and it would be quick to read the test. I wasn’t expecting to sign in, swipe my card again, then wait for everyone else ahead of me to be seen. When my name was called, I stated again that I was back to have the test read, but we just had to do the vitals again. It took the doc all but 5 seconds to look at my arm and clear me. Way to paranoid about what medicines they'll give you... unless I needed stitches - this place has been worthless
My son got a serious cut today at school on his eyebrow and some bad scrapes. He is only 6 and was playing outside and fell on a metal fence in the basketball court. I was scared when the school nurse called me but beyond happy with how the staff at Patient First Perry Hall treated my little man! Dr. Buscemi is who we saw and he was amazing and even let my little girl play with his stethoscope. This place is a joke! Paid 80 dollars (2 copays) for a doctor to tell me that both of my son's were fine after chest xrays and negative step tests. And she refused to give either one an antibiotic. Mind you both of my son's have been sick for over a week and my youngest son while we were there had a temp, elevated blood pressure, and elevated pulse. Obviously this kid is battling something. So took my youngest to his doctor today and wouldn't your know, he has a sinus infection that we are treating with an antibiotic. After ... read more
This place sucks!! I get a bill and making payments so they charged me late fee and my daughter is sick and they won't see her till she pays the full amount WTF... I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!
Don't go there they will not test for the flu even if you have all the symptoms and are in serious pain.
Went in today and they took care of me quickly. Great group of people there. Thanks.
