I went to my Doctors office she was not in I saw another one told Her my symptoms I have a history of Kidney Stones I know when I get them. This Doctor did nothing not even push on me to see where I had pain. All She said was I will tell your Primary Doctor. Mean while I'm in pain and have red blood in my urine from stones drove myself to Patient First got the BEST CARE Icould have ever gotten the Girls were very helpful the Doctor was wonderful he actually listened to what I had to say. My experience there was excellent.
After 15 years , I'M DONE! Staff is unbelievably rude..... Poison Ivy in both my eyes and YOU can't see me because I don't carry my Insurance card? ( has not changed in 10 years) We do have a choice in Healthcare, I choose to take my medical records with me TODAY! GOOD LUCK staying in business WHITE MARSH
Terrible. Sitting in there for 3 hours while workers talk about where there going to dinner. They have enough cash to hire more docs
