Thom went to Patient First yesterday as he has been coughing, sneezing, runny nose thing since last Sunday. Went through a bottle of Mucinex and still not well. This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Those who know me know I worked over 40 yrs. in medical field so I love to critique practices. I'm siting here in the room for after an hour. After telling them I have to go home because the babysitter have to go at 2pm. They straight up lie to me saying there are two people before me. No there aren't. There was two people who came in after me. Rude as heck. I'm so upset and not coming here anymore. There was only 2 ppl in the waiting room when i was called into the room.
Had pinkeye really bad. Tried previous prescriptions of eye drops to no avail. Finally decided to be seen. Was prescribed new antibiotic drops with a steroid. Within 12 hours, pain was gone and redness almost gone. Thank you Dr. Nguyen!
The service was quick but yet when it came to the insurance they went ahead and said everything was alright and to go ahead and see the doctor. About a few weeks in i get a bill from them, when my insurance should have been covering it. I have made alot of phone calls to my insurance and they said they havent gotten anything from that office. So i called back to Patient first and now they tell me that they dont accept my insurance. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU LET ME IN SEE A DOCTOR AND KNOW MY INSURANCE DONT COVER THE BILL. Got o... read more
Awesome in and out in less than 45 minutes. ..bad laceration to my finger. Bleeding. Good job!
Went in on Friday night. Seen within 5 minutes. Had huge sores on corner of mouth...got good exam plus RX with 5 refills..went away in 2 days. Tried for appt at my regular Dr. Office-would have to wait a week! I'd go back!
