I just wanted to let the consumers know that pat peck is very helpful until you have a problem with your car. Yesterday I took my car to the automotive dept and found out that my car has a transmission problem that has been known for a while by Nissan and they wanted to charge me 1200.00 to fix it. This morning I received a phone call asking how my visit was. After i told the lady I had a bad experience she directed me to the service manager who will not answer my calls or call me back. Best dealership on The Coast!!! This is my fourth vehicle purchase from Pat Peck Nissan over the years. Each time I have felt welcomed, not hassled by the salesmen (like at most places).
