Just a WARNING, DO NOT purchase the warranties because anytime I try to use the warranties that I was sold, I'm told sorry but that's not covered by the warranty! So I have a useless piece of paper that I paid a lot of money for! I was sold a bunch of empty guarantees!
I'm extremely impressed and pleased with Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport. We bought an Altima and a Pathfinder in December. Neither one of us drive too far to work and switch up what vehicle we drive from time to time. Both vehicles received their first oil change this morning. I love how I was able to use the Pat Peck App on my phone, select the appointment times, and decide what I wanted performed. Brought my 2010 Nissan Frontier in with starting problems, they thought it was the fuel pump, so they replaces it and I paid them $1055.37 for the repair. 3 days later the problem came back, they had my truck towed in and had to reexamine to see what the problem was, turns out it was something totally different, they just called and said they are fixing it for free and refunding me back the money I paid for the fuel pump and labor, can't say many places that would do that, special shout out to zack, my service advisor, very ... read more

I'm extremely disappointed with this dealership's "service." Not only have I had to call corporate about getting an update about my car's transmission being replaced (since no one from your dealership wanted to give me any answers) but on top of that, after getting my car back last night, I realize my iPod is missing from my car.
