My 22 year old daughter lost her car in the Baton Rouge floods. She tried to purchase a car in Baton Rouge but they just tried to take advantage of a young, single mom. We sent her to Kevin Payton and he found her a car that fit all her needs and was able to get the price in her range. GREATEST salesman ever! Thank you, Kevin, for taking care of my girl! Ash is a very unprofessional salesman. He was to sell us a vehicle that we had called to buy and after getting all our information, called us back and told us he would have the vehicle ready. We told him we would be there at 2p and arrived at 2pm. He sold the vehicle to another couple minutes before we arrived. Then they tried to sell us a vehicle that was not in good shape at the same price. Never again. The manager offered to pay for our gas for traveling over 4 hours.
Can't speak highly enough of this dealership, top service before, during and after the sale. This was the third vehicle I've purchased from them over the last 11 years and they've always been awesome!
