Had an oil leak, they got us right in to service, found the issue and fixed us right up. The price was reasonable as well. While we waited we walked the lot and were greeted by a salesman (I know what your thinking... UGH the dreaded salesman) but no... He was polite and in NO WAY pushy or annoying. Very delightful young man! A big thank you to Jay Griffin in sales and our service writer Kimberly Pierce for the great experience.

Very upset and I should have written this a month ago! I bought my vehicle mid November I did research and had lots of great feedback from a few other people so I trusted them. Bought a used car from pat peck. Also bought extended warranty. I misplaced warranty paperwork.I made several calls just to get the name and number of warranty company. No one would return my calls, finally went to dealership to talk to finance manager for the info. I waited at least 20 minutes until I realized he forgot about me. I poked my head in his office and asked if he forgot me. Just got a short answer who the warranty was through. I think waiting 2.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous!!!! I HAD an 11:15 appt
I recommend everyone shop at Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to help me get into my new vehicle. Special thanks to Thanh Tran and Loc Van for doing what you did for me.
Your service department is absolutely horrible. They could care less about your safety as a Nissan owner. I strongly urge anyone that if you want a dependable service department, do NOT choose Pat Peck Nissan!
I have purchased two vehicles from Pat Peck and we were always happy. We just purchased a used car from Pat Peck we were promised to have a chip in the window fixed and the car only had one key we were promised a remote it has been two months and none of this has been done. I will not be recommending Pat Peck to any friends or family I am extremely unhappy at the moment!!!
