I took my car for an oil change and was treated very well. Zach Rhoads was awesome. They got me in fast n finished up fast. He told me everything they did n what I needed to get done and even printed me up some pricing for tires n a few other things I need to have done. Thanks for the awesome service!
First time dealing with Pat Peck Nissan Service Center, I did not buy my vehicle here however I brought my 2016 Nissan Versa in for some work, and I was presently surprised at the friendlyness of the Service Area (Jake) and all others involved. Quick and thourough care for my vehicle. I will be back for my future needs.
I had no problems with the service that was provided me after taking my car in for a repair. Actually in and out in a timely manner; the wait not long at all. The service rep was effecient and informative and helpful. Only hope everybody can have such an experience if car repairs are needed or if buying anew or used vehicle.
Service writer Zach is very professional, honest and awesome!
I'm usually pleased with my services, when I go there. I drive about 45 minutes to get to Gulfport. Saturday, I waited 3 1/2 hours to get my car serviced and they didn't fix what I pointed out to them!
