Yesterday I went there with my daughter before 6 to get a parking place. The waitress, Sonja, was nice and sat us immediately. We ordered food when she came for our drink order, and after awhile the drinks were brought and we waited for food. My daughter was served her salad fairly quickly, then our meal was brought out. We had both ordered Chicken Futtucini Alfredo. The sauce was like soup at the bottom of the bowl and so the pasta was tasteless. It's a good thing that we had garlic bread to eat. I went to Pastini's on Cedar Hills Friday night for dinner. Not only was the service from our waiter terrible, the waiter then charged my card twice on a split check and charged my friends as well. To make matters worse, he said nothing about the error and I found out this morning by checking my bank account...WATCH OUT!!!!

Pastini is a good, solid reliable neighborhood Italian chain that does have pretty good pasta. The sauces are well done and the staff attentive. I always get fettucine!

Inconsistent – We had eaten here before and thought the service was adequate and the food pretty good. Last night we returned to find the host disinterested and the wait staff even worse. We asked for a booth and were told there were none available. Not 2 minutes after we were seated at a noisy table by the door 2 booths were vacated. Horrible Service and Loooong wait! – My boyfriend and I visited the nw 23rd location for the Sunday Dinner option excited to try a new place with affordable prices. We ordered our drinks and dinner from the waitress then waited a solid 10 min before our drinks arrived. Another 30 min passed before our salad and soup were brought out - all the while not hearing or seeing our waitress once. 45 minutes into our dinner our pasta finally arrived - not from our waitress but from a random waitress who put our food on the table and ... read more

We were in the Lloyd district on business and stopped by this place on a whim. It was incredible, I had the BUTTERNUT SQUASH-GORGONZOLA RAVIOLI and I can honestly say it is the best ravioli I have ever had. I usually prefer a simple cheese ravioli but this ravioli was amazing and it was cheap too. Wow is all I can say. I also had the Tiramisu for desert which was OK but nothing spectacular. Great Food for Reasonable Price – Pastini has great italian food at a low cost. The service is great and the food comes very quickly. I go often and have for years and the service is consistant!
