I recently took my armada to Alexandria after several attempts to get it fixed at another location. Alexandria is by far the BEST! After months of struggling with another location, I came here and not only did the fix my problem, but they did it for free for all my inconvenience with the other dealership. And they washed my car! I would rather drive 3 hours north to this dealer than deal with the one by my house, best customer service EVER!

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle just because it was time. Our Nissan was 10 years old and I will tell you I loved our Sentra. When we went to Passport Nissan in Alexandria, I pretty much had seen 2 other cars we liked elsewhere, but still we also had the need to just go back and see what the new Sentras were like. 3 hrs. later we drove away in our Brand new Versa. I showed up with a 14 year old Altima and got a GREAT deal on a two year old Altima which I have fallen in love with. Everyone did a great job and I was given great service on everything from going over what sort of car I really needed to financing and service contract. Good people. Looking forward to a long and positive relationship with these folks. Highly recommended.
