I went there to did my first oil change on my versa 2016 yesterday everything was great they where very helpfully and a grate customer services and i love my car lol.
I love being a part of the family. I have been coming back to Passport Nissan Alexandria every since my first visit in 2011. This is my third car and it has gotten better with each purchase. JD and Said have walked with me since my first car. As long as they are at the dealership, I will always come back no matter where I am. I now have two new family members from this purchase - Eric and Ryan. I LOVE my Passport Family.
Everything about this dealership and everything about the Passport chain screams "excellence!" They really go above and beyond to make the customer happy.
With an last minute call to make a same day appointment to have my oil because it was over due. They took accepted my request and I was out of there in less than an hour! I love that!
